Our apprenticeships offer the opportunity to earn while you learn, combining hands-on experience with a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll gain practical skills and knowledge, both on the job and through dedicated training time, all while being part of a supportive and inspiring team.
As a Pixieland apprentice, you’ll work towards either a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or a Level 3 Early Educator qualification. You’ll spend 20% of your time in ‘off-the-job training,’ focusing on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours that will set you up for success in your role.
