We are looking for a Nursery Room leader, to fit well within their friendly team and learn skills on the job whilst supporting children’s play, learning & development. Main duties

• Leading and supporting your team
• Creating programmes and activities for the children
• Keep records of children’s development and liaise with parents
• Upholding safeguarding practices with your team
• Preparing and maintaining environments to meet children’s needs
• Supporting your team to develop their role with the help of your manager
• Complete transfer documents and ensure they meet EYFS requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold NVQ level 3 in childcare or above
